Account details: your email address, and password (stored securely, never in readable form).

Messages: the text messages and voice notes you send and receive.

Payment details: your domain registration status and payment references. Card and bank details are collected by Razorpay, not by us.

2. Who we share it with

Service providers that host and run Hamshake for us, such as cloud hosting, database, storage, and email delivery providers.

Razorpay, our payment processor, which handles domain registration payments (only for INR).

Professional advisers, such as legal or accounting advisers, where needed.

Authorities, where we are required to by law.

3. Your rights

Access: request a copy of the data held about you.

Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion of your account and personal data.

Portability: request your data in a structured, commonly used format.

Supervisory authority: you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority (such as the ICO in the UK, your national EU data protection authority, or another applicable regulator).
