1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or by continuing to use Hamshake, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Hamshake.

2. Eligibility and access

Hamshake is available only to email addresses on domains that have been approved by us. if you use Hamshake on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to bind it.

We may approve, decline, or revoke access to any domain or account at our discretion.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Hamshake. This includes: using it for anything unlawful; fraud, spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; uploading malware; accessing conversations you are not part of; or circumventing usage limits.

5. Intellectual property

These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Hamshake while your domain registration is active. You must not resell or reverse engineer the service.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, voice notes, and other content you send through Hamshake. You give us the limited permission needed to store, deliver, and display that content to the people you send it to.

7. Conversation limits

Limited monthly allowance for initiate new conversation, per domain, shared by everyone using that domain. When the allowance is used up, new conversations cannot be opened until it renews, while existing conversations remain available.

We may change the allowance from time to time.

8. Domain registration and payments

Hamshake requires a one-time registration payment for each company domain. Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page.

9. Service availability

We do not guarantee that Hamshake.com will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, or an entire domain's access, for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use rules.

You may stop using Hamshake at any time and ask us to delete your account.

12. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Hamshake after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
